ABSTRAK
Sektor konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor dengan tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi. Dengan 82 kasus berasal dari sektor konstruksi. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi bahaya pada pekerjaan konstruksi menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) pada Proyek EPC Pembangunan Dermaga IT Teluk Kabung PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Tahun 2026.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di Proyek EPC Pembangunan Dermaga Integrated Terminal (IT) Teluk Kabung PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, Kota Padang, pada Maret–Agustus 2026. Informan penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan telaah dokumen dengan instrumen berupa pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, dan formulir Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan pembangunan kantor lapangan di Laydown 2 terdiri atas 13 tahapan pekerjaan dengan 46 potensi bahaya dan 49 risiko yang meliputi bahaya mekanik, listrik, fisik, kimia, ergonomi, dan lingkungan. Hasil penilaian risiko menunjukkan 5 risiko berkategori Low, 20 Medium, 18 High, dan 6 Extreme. Pengendalian risiko dilakukan melalui engineering control, pengendalian administratif, dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri.
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) mampu mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, menentukan tingkat risiko, serta menjadi dasar dalam menetapkan pengendalian risiko. Perusahaan disarankan mempertahankan penerapan Job Safety Analysis (JSA) pada setiap pekerjaan serta melakukan evaluasi dan pembaruan dokumen JSA secara berkala.

ABSTRACT
The construction sector is one of the industries with a high rate of occupational accidents, with 82 cases reported from the construction sector. Based on this condition, this study aimed to analyze potential hazards in construction work using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method at the EPC Project for the Construction of the Integrated Terminal (IT) Teluk Kabung Jetty of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk in 2026.
This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at the EPC Project for the Construction of the Integrated Terminal (IT) Teluk Kabung Jetty of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, Padang City, from March to August 2026. Informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document reviews using interview guidelines, observation checklists, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) forms as research instruments. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.
The results indicate that the field office construction work at Laydown 2 comprises 13 work stages involving 46 potential hazards and 49 associated risks, spanning mechanical, electrical, physical, chemical, ergonomic, and environmental categories. Risk assessment results show the following classifications: 5 Low, 20 Medium, 18 High, and 6 Extreme risks. Risk control measures implemented include engineering controls, administrative controls, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
The study concludes that the application of the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method effectively identifies potential hazards and determines risk levels, serving as a foundation for establishing risk control measures. It is recommended that the company maintain the application of JSA for all tasks and periodically evaluate and update JSA documentation.
