ABSTRAK
Insiden kehamilan usia remaja terdapat 26 – 27 perempuan di antara 1000 perempuan di Indonesia, sedangkan Provinsi Sumatera Barat (14,2%) dan Kabupaten Solok (16,8%) pada usia remaja 15-19 tahun. Berdasarkan survey awal yang dilakukan, Puskesmas Jua gaek angka tertinggi kasus kehamilan usia remaja sebesar 23 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui whatsapp group terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang dampak kehamilan remaja di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jua Gaek Kabupaten Solok Tahun 2024.
Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain pre- eksperiment One Group Pretest dan Posttest. Populasi remaja putri pada usia 10-21 tahun sebanyak 147 orang. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan dari bulan September 2024-Februari 2025, pengumpulan data dilakukan 08-30 Agustus 2024. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling sebanyak 60 responden kuesioner melalui Google Form yang dikirim melalui Whatsapp Group. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat mengunakan uji Wilcoxon p-value 0,000 (p<0,05).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rerata tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang dampak kehamilan remaja sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan (54.08) dan sesudah diberikan (74.33). Analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui Whatsapp Group terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang dampak kehamilan remaja dengan p-value 0,000 (p<0,05) di Jorong Panyalai Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jua Gaek.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini adanya pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui Whatsapp Group terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang dampak kehamilan remaja di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jua Gaek Kabupaten Solok. Diharapkan kepada seluruh petugas kesehatan yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jua Gaek dapat menggunakan media sosial seperti Whatsapp Group dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang dampak kehamilan remaja.

The Influence of Health Education Through WhatsApp Groups on the Level of Knowledge of Teenagers Regarding the Impact of Teenage Pregnancy in the Working Area of Jua Gaek Community Health Center, Solok Regency

ABSTRACT
The incidence of teenage pregnancy is 26 - 27 women among 1000 women in Inonesia, while West Sumatra Province (14.2%) and Solok Regency (16.8%) are teenagers aged 15-19 years. Based on an initial survey conducted at 3 Community Health Centers, the Jua Community Health Center had the highest number of teenage pregnancy cases at 23 cases. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of health education via WhatsApp groups on teenagers' knowledge about the impact of teenage pregnancy in the working area of the Jua Gaek Community Health Center, Solok Regency in 2024.
This type of research is quantitative research using a One Group Pretest and Posttest pre-experiment design. The population of female teenagers aged 10-21 years is 147 people. The research was carried out from September 2024-February 2025, data collection was carried out 08-30 August 2024. Samples were taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique of 60 questionnaire respondents via Google Form sent via Whatsapp Group. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Wilcoxon p- value 0.001 (p<0.05).
The results of this study indicate that the average level of adolescent knowledge about the impact of adolescent pregnancy before being given health education (54.08) and after being given (74.33). Statistical analysis shows the influence of health education through Whatsapp Group on adolescent knowledge about the impact of adolescent pregnancy with a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05) in Jorong Panyalai, Jua Gaek Health Center Working Area.
The conclusion of this research is the influence of health education through Whatsapp Group on teenagers' knowledge about the impact of teenage pregnancy in the Puskesmas Jua Gaek Working Area, Solok Regency. It is hoped that all health workers in the Jua Gaek Community Health Center Working Area can use social media such as the Whatsapp Group to provide health education to increase teenagers' knowledge about the impact of teenage pregnancy.
