ABSTRAK
Lansia merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan sehingga memerlukan perhatian khusus, salah satunya melalui posyandu lansia. Pada tahun 2024 capaian program posyandu lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pauh, hanya mencapai 12,23% dengan target 80%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dan akses ke posyandu dengan keaktifan lansia ke posyandu lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pauh.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Agustus 2025. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 2 Mei sampai 13 Mei 2025. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu lansia yang ada di Kelurahan Limau Manis berjumlah 234 orang dimana teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah 70 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode wawancara dan analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebanyak 74,3% lansia tidak aktif ke posyandu, sebanyak 48,6% lansia tidak mendapatkan dukungan keluarga, dan sebanyak 30% lansia memiliki akses yang sulit dalam menjangkau posyandu. Hasil uji Chi-square didapatkan ada hubungan dukungan keluarga (p-value=0,001) dan akses ke posyandu (p-value=0,020) dengan keaktifan lansia ke posyandu lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pauh Tahun 2025.
Keaktifan lansia di posyandu dipengaruhi oleh dukungan keluarga dan kemudahan akses. Puskesmas disarankan untuk meningkatkan edukasi dan melibatkan keluarga serta masyarakat agar lansia lebih aktif mengikuti posyandu. Pendekatan yang inovatif dan personal dapat membantu meningkatkan partisipasi lansia.

ABSTRACT
The elderly are a vulnerable age group regarding health issues, thus requiring special attention, one of which is through the elderly health posts (posyandu). In 2024, the achievement of the elderly posyandu program in the working area of the Pauh Puskesmas reached only 12.23% with a target of 80%. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between family support and access to the posyandu with the activity of the elderly at the elderly posyandu in the working area of the Pauh Puskesmas.
The research method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. This study was conducted from March to August 2025. Data collection was conducted from 2 May to 13 May 2025. The population in this study were 234 elderly people in Limau Manis Village where the sampling technique used simple random sampling with a total of 70 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with an interview method and data analysis univariate and bivariate using the Chi-square test.
The research results show that 74.3% of the elderly do not actively visit the integrated health posts, 48.6% of the elderly do not receive family support, and 30% of the elderly have difficulty accessing the posyandu. The Chi-square test results indicate that there is a relationship between family support (p-value=0.001) and access to posyandu (p-value=0.020) with the activity of the elderly visiting the posyandu in the working area of Puskesmas Pauh in 2025.
The activity of the elderly at the integrated health post (posyandu) is influenced by family support and ease of access. Community health centers are advised to enhance education and involve families and the community so that the elderly can be more active in participating in posyandu. Innovative and personal approaches can help increase elderly participation.
