RINGKASAN ESKLUSIF

Menurut hasil Global Burden of Disease tahun 2020, CKD merupakan penyebab kematian peringkat ke-27 di dunia. Menurut data global, prevalensi CKD tertinggi terjadi di kawasan Asia yaitu 51 - 329 jiwa (Febriyan 2023). Tekanan darah tinggi merupakan gejala umum yang sering dikeluhkan pasien CKD. Salah satu intervensi untuk menurunkan tekanan darah tinggi pada pasien CKD adalah dengan memberikan terapi musik klasik. Tujuan dari penulisan KIAN ini adalah memberi Asuhan Keperawatan Medikal Bedah Pada Ny. K Dengan Pemberian Musik Klasik Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Chronic Kidney Diseases Pra Hemodialisis Di Ruangan Edelweis Putih B RSUP Dr. M. Djamil. Padang Tahun 2025.
Hasil pengkajian yang ditemukan pasien mengeluh badan lelah dan terasa lemah yang sudah berlangsung sejak 1 bulan terakhir. Pasien mengeluh kepalana terasa sakit dan pusing, serta merasakan sakit di bagian tengkuk belakang leher. Pasien hanya mampu beraktifitas ditempat tidur. Saat diukur tekanan darah pasien saat itu adalah 160 / 110 mmHg, nadi 111 x / menit, dari data - data diatas, itu termasuk kepada gejala kategori hipertensi.
Diagnosa yang ditemukan yaitu Risiko Penurunan Curah Jantung, Gangguan Pertukaran Gas, Hipervolemia. Salah satu Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) yang dilakukan penulis dalam menurunkan tekanan darah yaitu dengan pemberian terapi musik klasik yang dilakukan selama 3 hari berturut-turut, dilakukan 2 x dalam sehari dengan durasi 15 menit.
Evaluasi setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama 3 hari diperoleh hasil terjadinya penurunan tekanan daraah dari 160 / 110 mmHg menjadi 130 / 90 mmHg. Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) pemberian terapi musik klasik didapatkan hasil bahwa dapat menurunkan hipertensi pada pasien CKD. Diharapkan kepada pelayanan kesehatan khususnya perawat memberikan asuhan keperawatan secara komprehensif pada pasien CKD terutama dalam penerapan terapi musik klasik terbukti dapat menurunkan hipertensi pada pasien CKD (Natalia Ariyanti, 2023).

EXCLUSIVE SUMMARY
According to the results of the Global Burden of Disease in 2020, CKD is the 27th leading cause of death in the world. According to global data, the highest prevalence of CKD occurs in the Asian region, namely 51 - 329 people (Febriyan 2023). High blood pressure is a common symptom that is often complained of by CKD patients. One of the interventions to reduce high blood pressure in CKD patients is by providing classical music therapy. The purpose of writing this KIAN is to provide Medical-Surgical Nursing Care to Mrs. K by Providing Classical Music to Reduce Blood Pressure in Patients with Chronic Kidney Diseases Pre-Hemodialysis in the Edelweis Putih B Room of Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital. Padang in 2025.
The assessment revealed that the patient complained of fatigue and weakness that had persisted for the past month. He also complained of headaches and dizziness, as well as pain in the nape of his neck. He was confined to bed. His blood pressure was 160/110 mmHg, and his pulse was 111 beats per minute. These data indicate hypertension.
The diagnosis revealed a risk of decreased cardiac output, impaired gas exchange, and hypervolemia. One of the Evidence-Based Nursing (EBN) methods used by the author to lower blood pressure was classical music therapy, performed twice daily for 15 minutes for three consecutive days.
Evaluation after three days of nursing interventions revealed a decrease in blood pressure from 160/110 mmHg to 130/90 mmHg. Evidence-Based Nursing (EBN) findings indicate that classical music therapy can reduce hypertension in CKD patients. It is hoped that healthcare providers, especially nurses, will provide comprehensive nursing care to CKD patients, particularly in the context of classical music therapy, which has been shown to reduce hypertension in CKD patients (Natalia Ariyanti, 2023).
