RINGKASAN EKSLUSIF

Angka kejadian sindaktili dilaporkan sebesar 1 dalam 2.000 hingga 3.000
kelahiran hidup. Penatalaksanaan sindaktili secara bedah umumnya dilakukan
dengan teknik Z-plasty yaitu prosedur rekonstruktif. Salah satu efek samping yang
paling umum setelah operasi Z-plasty adalah nyeri pascaoperasi. Pemberian video
animasi merupakan teknik distraksi, yaitu strategi untuk mengalihkan perhatian
klien dari rasa nyeri ke stimulus lain. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah
untuk menerapkan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada An. R Dengan Sindaktili Digiti
Melalui Penerapan Teknik Distraksi Animasi Kartun Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri
Post Operasi Z Plasty Di Ruangan Anak RSUD Dr. Rasidin Padang Tahun 2025
Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian An. R mengeluh nyeri berdenyut pada area
bekas operasi skala nyeri 6, rasa tidak nyaman dan gangguan dalam beraktivitas.
Diagnosa yang ditemukan yaitu nyeri akut, kerusakan integritas kulit dan
gangguan mobilitas fisik. Intervensi yang diberikan yaitu dengan pemberian
teknik distraksi audiovisual animasi kartun. Implementasi dilakukan selama tiga
hari berturut-turut 10-15 menit.
Evaluasi yang diperoleh yaitu An. R menyatakan rasa nyeri berkurang,
terdapat penurunan skala nyeri 6 menjadi skala nyeri 3, perbaikan integritas kulit
dan peningkatan mobilitas karena nyeri berkurang
Disimpulkan bahwa teknik distraksi vidio animasi kartun efektif dalam
menurunkan nyeri pada anak post operasi. Saran bagi perawat ruangan agar dapat
melakukan teknik distraksi vidio animasi kartun ini sebagai salah satu
penetalaksanaan secara non-farmakologis terhadap penurunan rasa nyeri pada
anak post operasi

EXCLUSIVE SUMMARY

The incidence rate of syndactyly is reported to be 1 in 2,000 to 3,000 live
births. The surgical management of syndactyly is generally performed using the
Z-plasty technique, a reconstructive procedure. One of the most common side
effects following Z-plasty surgery is postoperative pain. The use of animated
videos serves as a distraction technique, which is a strategy to shift the client's
attention away from the pain and toward other stimuli.
The purpose of this scientific paper is to apply Nursing Care to patient R
with digital syndactyly through the implementation of cartoon animation
distraction techniques to reduce postoperative pain following Z-plasty in the
Pediatric Ward of RSUD Dr. Rasidin Padang in 2025.
Based on the assessment, patient R complained of throbbing pain at the
surgical site with a pain scale of 6, discomfort, and impaired activity. The
identified nursing diagnoses were acute pain, impaired skin integrity, and
impaired physical mobility. The intervention provided was the application of
cartoon animation video distraction. The implementation was carried out for
three consecutive days for 10–15 minutes each session.
The evaluation showed that patient R reported reduced pain, with a
decrease in pain scale from 6 to 3, improvement in skin integrity, and increased
mobility due to reduced pain.
It is concluded that cartoon animation video distraction is effective in
reducing pain in postoperative children. It is recommended that ward nurses
apply this cartoon animation distraction technique as one of the nonpharmacological
methods
to manage postoperative
pain
in
children.
